I purchased a room but it is no longer there, what do I do?

iOS Devices:
If you have experienced the loss of a room while playing Design This Home and are playing on an iOS device, you can send us all the information that we will need to help you by opening Design This Home and then tapping "main" in the top left corner of the screen. Then choose settings. Underneath the word "notifications" in the settings menu you will find a small blue button with a notepad on it. Tapping this button will bring up an email. Before pressing "send" in the top right corner please add a description of the issue you have experienced or we will not be able to help you. Keep in mind that your security is very important to us and the information collected is only used to look into your Design This Home data.

Android and Blackberry Devices:
If you have experienced the loss of a room while playing Design This Home data or purchases, please contact our team via email at contact@appminis.com and include the type of device that you are using and a brief note explaining your issue. We will provide you with a link to the appropriate app to download to find your unique device ID.
