I am having trouble with my game data or purchases.

iOS Devices:
First please try hard closing the app. To do this, double tap on your device's home button. This will open a bar at that bottom of your device. Find the Design This Home icon and tap the "-" sign on it. Then, open the app again.

If this does not resolve your issue, try restarting your device. This will generally fix any further issues.

Android and BlackBerry Devices:
First please try hard closing the app. Instructions to do this vary by device. If you need help contact the appropriate channel for the device that you own.

If this does not resolve your issue, try restarting your device. This will generally fix any further issues.
